What's involved in setting up?
You connect two accounts: paste a Quo API key, and add HoneyPie as a staff member in BookingKoala. HoneyPie then imports your contacts, bookings, and conversations in the background, so you don't need to stay on the page for it.
Can I edit what the AI sends?
Completely. During setup you review real example messages before anything goes live, and you can rewrite any line word for word, delete it, or write your own from scratch, anytime after in Settings.
Do I have to use AI-written follow-ups?
No. Any pipeline stage can run on a fixed template instead, with fields like {{first_name}} filled in automatically. Use AI, fixed templates, or a mix, stage by stage.
Does this replace Quo?
No. HoneyPie sends through the same Quo number you already text and call from. You keep using Quo exactly the way you do today; HoneyPie just reads the conversations and handles follow-up.
What happens to leads that aren't real leads?
Spam, vendors, employees, and personal contacts are automatically filtered out of the pipeline, so your board only shows people who actually might book.
